Community Garden

COMMUNITY GARDEN

VVL is one of the few east valley communities that has a community garden. The goal of the VVL Community Garden is to bring the concept and culture of gardening and sustainable living into the community. Construction began in 2021 and two of the three phases have been completed to date.

Phase Three consisted of the following:

    • Construction of pergola covering center area of garden.

We are so very grateful for community members who assisted us in the planning, development, and funding of this phase.  We are now in the process of planing for phase four of the community garden and look forward to completing this phase so everyone can enjoy the garden come rain or shine.

This is the first community-funded and built venture. From your vote to your paver purchase to your coming and out to help us build the beds, we could not have done it without you. Thank you!
