VVL Community GardenGrowing Kids: Clearing the beds, spring time soil amendments.
Our Garden Club Annual Meeting will be held in the Community Garden at 5pm on Saturday, November 16th, in place of our regular morning meeting. It will be a potluck, so bring something tasty from your kitchen. At our Annual Meeting we hold elections for officers and this year the following people will be running for office:
President: Rachel Thomas, President
Vice President: Mickey Galbraith, Master Gardner
Secretary: Amanda Lindquist-Ozyagcilar, Master Gardner
Communications: Leslie Johnson
Treasurer: Carla Clark
We want to thank Wendy Rhodes for her service as our Treasurer the last two years. She was invaluable sorting through all the receipts of a very active fundraising and building period.

Rose Garden Prune Back 2
VVL Rose GardenRose Garden Work Weekend- we need all the help we can get doing a major prune back of the Roses for their winter hibernation. This is a massive undertaking and requires many days of labor and many hands. Please join our thorn birds (community volunteers) and help us manage this beloved community amenity.
